APRIL MyHealth International
A current, source-based overview of APRIL International's long-term cover for people living abroad, from Explore to Elite.
MyHealth International is positioned for expatriates, international assignees, families, retirees, digital nomads and freelancers seeking long-term international medical cover. It is not a guide to APRIL's separate Thailand, UAE or Singapore products.
Plan comparison
| Plan | Overall annual limit | Published structure |

The currency, ceiling and benefits applicable to an applicant are defined in APRIL's current Details of Benefits. “100%” benefits remain subject to the policy terms and overall limit.
Benefits and options
All four published levels include hospitalisation, cancer treatment and medical evacuation/repatriation. Outpatient cover is optional and increases by tier. Dental and optical are generally packaged together, except on Explore. APRIL states that maternity can only be selected with outpatient cover. Deductibles and detailed benefit limits vary by chosen configuration; consult the live benefit document rather than transferring figures between markets.
Geographic scope and temporary travel
The application lets the customer select covered countries, including their country of nationality. APRIL also describes worldwide cover for accidents and emergencies during trips of up to 90 consecutive days, except in excluded countries. The chosen area and excluded-country rules must be confirmed in the issued documents.
Claims and access to care
- Easy Claim supports paperless reimbursement requests.
- APRIL describes direct settlement with hospitals so eligible members do not need to pay hospital costs upfront.
- Unlimited telehealth consultations are included.
- Multilingual assistance is available 24/7.
- APRIL publishes access to more than two million partner healthcare professionals; this is APRIL's own network statement, not an independently audited count or a list of hospital partnerships.
Application, underwriting and limitations
Applicants complete a health questionnaire. APRIL says pre-existing conditions are not systematically covered, so the individual terms offered after medical review are decisive. The product's exclusions, deductibles, pre-authorisation rules and detailed eligibility are in the General Terms & Conditions, product information sheet and Details of Benefits linked from the official product page.
