Cover structure and services

Hospital cover includes inpatient expenses, standard private room, outpatient surgery and cancer treatment. Evacuation, repatriation and assistance are included up to THB32.75m. APRIL publishes cashless access worldwide and to 4,500 facilities in Asia, unlimited TeleHEALTH and Second Medical Opinion, and digital claim submission.

Application and limitations

Applications use a medical questionnaire; APRIL also links FMU and CPME forms. Outpatient coinsurance can apply outside the Panel Network and is waived inside it. Thirty days of sudden-illness or injury cover applies outside the selected area, subject to the out-of-area benefit. The policy schedule and terms govern exclusions, underwriting and pre-authorisation.
