Networks, claims and application
APRIL publishes access to the MedNet direct-billing network of 3,200 GCC facilities and more than 12,500 facilities in Asia, plus cashless hospital access worldwide. Digital claims, claim tracking, 24/7 TeleHEALTH and Second Medical Opinion are available. Applicants complete personal details and a medical questionnaire before acceptance.
Important regional distinctions
Dubai and Abu Dhabi benefit schedules differ, including maternity limits and local minimum-cover requirements. Dental and optical treatment is optional in Abu Dhabi; applicants must select the applicable modules and network. Current emirate-specific terms govern deductibles, exclusions and pre-authorisation.
